It is with deep sadness and regret that I write this letter resigning as a Director and President of the board of Pinewood South Condominium Association, Inc. effective immediately. It was a labor of love serving the Association over the last 8 years. However, over the last nine months stress caused by certain board members and two owners, which I expect will continue, has been unacceptable, and I am not comfortable with the current direction of the board.

I do wish to thank all owners and board members who have supported me over the last 8 years.

With your support, we were able to accomplish many great things ; we got rid of the criminal element, put in a security gate, got all new roofs, new signs, a well which saves us money, a mail box kiosk, started a web site, became a 55+ community with no annual rentals, purchased land on the South and West for dog walks , solved our drainage issues and many other positive things through conservative management and modest fee increases.

I leave you with the hurricane IAN damage repairs completed a positive current fund and adequate reserves for immediate needs.
