Dear Pinewood South Residents:

We are preparing to put more focus on Document Enforcement at Pinewood. This will include proper parking, number of vehicles, age requirements and background checks for people living here. Reminders, warning letters and more serious consequences could eventually result as we begin enforcement of the Pinewood requirements.

Some owners abuse neighbors with frivolous calls to the police. In the event that police are called to your condominium ask the police officer to put his summary of the incident in the report. Get the report number so that a copy can be requested for your records and Pinewood records. Often, the reports have the statement of the caller and not what actually happened on the ground. Keeping a record of these calls and reports can help establish a pattern of behavior in certain cases.
