Dear Pinewood South Residents:

As the season comes to a close, please take a few moments to review and follow the attached Condo Closing Tips. These helpful guidelines – compiled by fellow owners – will help protect your unit and prevent issues while you’re away.

While the list isn’t all-inclusive, it’s a great reference to make sure everything is secure, safe, and ready for your return.

Thank you for taking care of our community!

Sincerely,
Joe Jennings – Vice-President, Pinewood South COA
