Where can I find copies of the HOA documents and specifically the Rules & Regulations
All pertinent documents are posted in the Forms & Documents section of the website. If you do not find the desired document you may contact the property manager to request it.
What are the operating hours for the pool?
The pool is available from 7:00am to 10:00pm daily.
What days is the trash pickup for our community?
Trash pickup is twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. Trash cans must be out by 6:0am but no earlier than 6:00pm the night before.
What are the requirements to run for the Board of Directors?
An applicant for the board must be at least 21 years of age and a homeowner of the Demo Isles community. The clubhouse has application forms for board membership. Elections are held annually in November. Watch the calendar for specific dates.
Can the clubhouse be rented for a private party?
Yes, private parties can be arranged. Stop by the clubhouse to pick up an application. A deposit and cleaning fee are required. Deposit is refundable.
