Dear Pinewood Residents:

The polyurethane waterproofing coatings on buildings 17 (Q) and 18 (R) are scheduled to begin this week on Tuesday May 12th at 8:00 AM. As messaged previously, this will require residents to remain in or stay out of second floor units from Tuesday morning until the all clear is given on friday. Buildings 14 (N), 15 (O) and 16 (P) are scheduled next, to begin on Monday, May 25th through Thursday the 28th. Any Pinewood residents needing a room at the Quality Inn next door during the process, please contact Greg at 608-207-6475.
