Please be reminded that buildings 16 (P), 15 (O) and 14 (N) will undergo polyurethane waterproofing this week, beginning Tuesday, May 26th. This will likely make the stairs upper decks and entrances unusable from 8:00 a.m. Tuesday morning until 8:00 a.m. Saturday Morning. BUILDINGS 13 (M), 12 (L) and 11 (K), please be advised that polyurethane waterproofing is scheduled the following week beginning on Monday 6/1/2026. Use of your front landings and stairs most likely will be off limits from 8:00 A.M. Monday morning 6/1 until 8:00 A.M. Friday morning 6/7, weather permitting. Pinewood South will make rooms available to those that cannot stay inside at the Quality Inn near the Mattress Firm.
