Dear Pinewood Residents:

The Pinewood repairs project permits have been issued and work will begin on Monday, December 8th. The first phase of the project scheduled is buildings K thru R (11 thru 18). All owners in these buildings must have their lanais completely cleared of furniture and other items by this date. The lanai screening and framing will be removed from all units and sliding doors clamped shut. Lanais cannot be used again until repairs are finished. Furniture or personal items not removed will be subject to immediate disposal. Everyone please pass the word to help your neighbors get ready.
