Dear Pinewood Residents:

Phase I of the Pinewood South repairs project is at a critical point with painting and deck waterproofing happening soon. Painting the front of the buildings K thru R is scheduled for this week and deck waterproofing is close behind. Waterproofing stairs and second floor entry decks with polyurethane coatings will mean that owners must remain off the front decks and stairs for a three days and two nights period of time. During that time, second floor owners may remain inside their units or, alternatively, remain away. As early as possible, we will inform owners of the exact dates scheduled. For owners that cannot remain inside and have no other option, Pinewood will secure rooms at the Quality Inn next door.
