We have scheduled an important inspection of all the second-floor lanai decks by an Engineer that will oversee the important deck repair project. We need access to each upstairs briefly to inspect the lanai deck. We request that each owner that does not have a key on file in our lock box to please send one to Joe Jennings (our Board Vice President overseeing the project) to make a brief access quick and convenient. Your key will be kept locked securely for use only in emergencies or urgent activities.
Inspections are set for Wednesday 8/21 thru Friday 8/30. We ask owners on the list below to send a key immediately by overnight mail if possible.

- ACCESS a) Residents and/or owners must furnish The Management Company with a copy of the key and/or combination to their unit to allow emergency access in case of fire, flood, or medical issues. If access is not furnished to The Management Company, residents or owners accept full responsibility for all charges incurred to gain access to the unit during an emergency.
The following units do not have the required keys to allow access to the units in case of an emergency.
