Dear Pinewood South Residents,

With the new budget and updated quarterly fee approved, please start sending your 1/1/2024 payments to Sentry. We need the cash flow and the new coupons might not get mailed until sometime in January because our budget ratification meeting was so late in the year. The new amount is $1060.00. Be sure you pay to the order of Pinewood South Condominium and Include BOTH your Name and your unit number along with your 16 digit Sentry account number which is located on the October billing statement that everyone received and is also on your Sentry account page.

I strongly recommend that owners sign up for the Sentry Pinewood website (https://www.sentrymgt.com/) and pay by one of the recommended methods, which are listed there. We consider the links there for payment to be safe to use. Also, you will be able to view your live account balance and know as soon as your account gets credited. As an alternative, owners can also write a check for the quarterly HOA fee and simply drop it off at the local Sentry office at 12830 University Drive, Suite 150 right here in Fort Myers just off College near Summerlin.
