Dear Pinewood South Residents:

The foundations and lanai inspection was an overwhelming success. 100% success rate with 168 units to inspect in under 3 days was something the engineer team has never witnessed or have been apart of before. Prior planning, cooperation from the owners and the good people that care for the units during the off season made it a seamless operation. Special thanks to Brian for all the hard work he put into the inspection prior and during.

Thank you all for the great effort.

Sincerely,

Joe Jennings

VP Pinewood South condo association.
