The Special Assessment due dates are now behind us with only normal quarterly fees planned for the foreseeable future. It is important for those with remaining balances to get caught up as soon as possible. Please contact Jon Meyerring at Sentry Management (jmeyerring@sentrymgt.com) to make catch-up arrangements. We will start charging interest on overdue balances soon and begin the lien process on seriously overdue accounts if payment arrangements are not made quickly. Please understand that there are additional fees and ownership risks associated with the lien process. The best solution is a plan to get all overdue balances paid without further delay.
