Revised Stairs and Upper Decks Waterproofing Schedule: Buildings 21 (U) and 1 (A) are now scheduled for the week of Monday September 21, Buildings 2 (B) and 9 (I), the week of Monday October 12th and Building 10 (J) for the week of Monday October 19th. RE: Front Stairs & Upper Deck waterproofing schedule.

The painters were unable to keep pace with their proposed plan last week and a new revised waterproofing schedule is as follows: Buildings 21 (U) and 1 (A) are now scheduled for Monday September 21 and the remainder 2 (B), 9 (I) and 10 (J) scheduled for Monday September 28. Still subject to possible changes. If so, changes will be posted. Please see Greg if you will require a room at the Quality Inn next door.

Pinewood South Buildings 19 (S) and 20 (T) have waterproofing for the front stairs suddenly scheduled beginning next Monday or Tuesday. Owners may stay in or out for the week. If you prefer to stay out and need a room, please contact Greg Grover for arrangements.

Dear Pinewood Residents:

Starting tomorrow Tuesday 8/18 and for the rest of the week thru Friday 8/21, all residents of buildings A, B, C, I, J, S, T & U should park away from those buildings. There will be pressure washing of the front stairs and decks and some concrete work as well. Both have the potential for chemical overspray or spotting on nearby vehicles. Please park in an empty spot elsewhere.

A water main leak was just discovered behind unit #1401. Plumber is inbound first thing tomorrow (Monday 8/3) morning. Buildings 11 thru 17 should expect a water shutdown then for emergency repairs.

Stairways on buildings 4 and 5 will be weatherproofed 27 July starting in the morning. Also buildings 3 and 8 will be on 03 August.

The steps for buildings 4&5 will be worked on 27-31 July starting in the morning so the steps will not be able to be used for approximately four days weather permitting. If residents need hotel rooms please let me know as soon as possible.
