Dear Pinewood Residents:

Good news on the North pool this morning. The leak detection guy found the leak and stopped it (for $950) – no digging necessary. Pool should be open again in a day or two. He did recommend that the light fixtures in the pool get replaced at some point (for $6300) because each is leaking a little water, but it is not immediately necessary. It turns out that the old plumbing and the old light mounting fixtures were reused when the pool was rebuilt, leading to this failure.

Thank you.
