Dear Pinewood South Residents:

From August 21 to August 23 we will be having an engineer inspecting all upper and lower lanai decks. Access to each and every unit is a must to have a comprehensive inspection. The engineer will be able to access the lower lanais if the lanai screen door is left unlocked. Upper lanais will require a two to three minute walk through to asses the potential damage to the structure. Let me know the name of the person and contact information of who has access to your unit if Pinewood South doesn’t have a key for your condo. Please let all your fellow residents of Pinewood know about this in case they have limited access to the internet.
