Dear Pinewood South Residents:

The following to new business has been added to the Saturday, March 16 Board Meeting:

1) Adoption of a new rule 17b & c of Pinewood Rules & Regulations related to nuisance behavior.

2) Consideration of a fine for unit #1107 for parking violations and unauthorized alteration of the common area (repainting parking place number and guest designations). The fine for alteration of the common area is to be $100 for each further incidence and the fine for parking in a spot other than the assigned spot is to be $25 for each incidence, both up to a maximum of $1000 each.
