*** NOTICE OF MEETING ***
We are moving the January Owners & Board meeting back to December this year. Next year and thereafter, the meeting will most likely be scheduled in November. By statute, budgets must be ratified and approved 14 or more days before the end of the fiscal year.
Order of business for the Owners meeting will be to conduct a proxy vote to waive the annual audit. We ask that each unit owner vote. An audit would add approximately $8,000 (not budgeted for) to Pinewood expenses. The Board recommends a yes vote to waive audit at this time.
At the Board meeting we intend to present and ratify a couple of rules and regulations changes. Secondly, we will present, finalize and ratify the 2024 Budget, including the updated quarterly Association Fee.
There will be time for some discussion and questions as well.
The meeting will be held at All Faiths Unitarian Congregation, 2756 McGregor Blvd., Fort Myers, FL 33901
Sincerely,
Gregory Grover, President Pinewood South Condominium Association

3. Children c) Unsupervised children may not use Pinewood streets and/or parking spaces as a playground. Climbing on trees, fences, the gate, staircases, etc. is also prohibited, as is the use of skateboards. Parents or other caretakers must supervise children to ensure they conduct themselves safely and in accordance with Pinewood Rules and Regulations.
15. Swimming Pools h) Use of personal flotation devices is permitted in the pool provided they are used reasonably, are not overly large, and do not cause inconvenience or discomfort to other pool users. During exercise classes, only flotation devices permitted by the instructor may be used. No vehicle innertubes of any size may be used in the pools. No flotation devices may be kept on the pool decks since they may present a tripping hazard. Having become an “over 55” community, we ask all pool users to be especially respectful of others using the swimming pools. Disrespectful behavior will be considered a violation of Pinewood Documents.
