• Ratify Crevalle Consulting as our lanai repairs project engineer

• Pinewood repair needs, including, driveway, storm sewer, OSY valves and water main leaks. Additionally, driveway sealcoating, insurance, the new pool company, bidding out landscaping, and hurricane Milton.
• Discussion overdue balances, interest charges and additional fees added to delinquent accounts by Sentry when they go into the collections process.
• Discuss quarterly fee vs. special assessments. In addition to the new quarterly COA fee.
• Approval account adjustments
