Dear Pinewood Residents:

At yesterday’s Board meeting a number of owners expressed interest in accessing the Pinewood monthly financials which are always available on the Sentry Pinewood website.

To access them, sign in to the Sentry website then on the left click ‘Information Center’ enter. Then in the Cabinet box select ‘Association Records’, in the Drawer box select ‘Community Information’ and in the Folder box select ‘Monthly Financials 2024’ (or whatever other info you need). Scroll to the bottom of the page and push the ‘Serach/Open’ button. That will bring up all the requested information. Select ‘Download as PDF’ or ‘Email as PDF’, whichever you prefer. You can view or download as many as you wish.
