Dear Pinewood South Residents:

In support of our initiative to better enforce Pinewood Documents we are asking for volunteers for a Pinewood Fining Committee. Pinewood needs to have fining committee available in case a fine to an owner or resident for non-compliance with Pinewood documents was appealed. The duty of the committee would be to determine the fairness of the fine (the Board levies the fine) in that circumstance.
