Dear Pinewood South Residents:

Good News: Valerie Hoover, our CAM has emailed to inform that she had misread our documents and that the vote on our plumbing amendment to our Declaration Of Condominium has passed the required threshold in order to be adopted! The results have been forwarded to the Pinewood Attorney to register and update our Declaration wording. Thank you to all owners for attendance at our annual meeting and your votes to pass this much needed amendment!
