Hello residents of Pinewood South.

All permits for the renovation project have been approved by the city/ county, awaiting notice from the contractors and engineers on when the work will start.  More to follow.

Insurance company negotiations are complete resulting in greater coverage with lower cost to the association.

Wind mitigation inspection is complete which will also help with lowering insurance cost to the Association.  Results are posted on the Sentry website. Also individual inspections can be conducted by the company for the report to be presented to owners personal home owners insurance plans which can lead to more savings to the owners. If interested call the company directly to schedule individual inspections.
