Dear Pinewood Residents:

There are some clarifications from the engineer conducting the lanai inspection.

The down stairs residents will only have to provide access to the lanai for the inspection so leaving the screen door of the bottom floor lanai unlocked will suffice for the 3 day inspection. No access to bottom floor units is required only access to the lanai. No owner or representative has to be on the bottom floor during the inspection. Second floor residents or representatives must provide access to the second floor units so the inspection crew can make it to the lanai for a three minute look.
