Dear Pinewood Owners:

Sentry will mail out Special Assessment coupons before the end of July. They will closely resemble the coupons issued each year for the quarterly COA fees. The grace period for each Special Assessment installment has been set at 30 days to provide a little more flexibility before interest is charged. For those who use the Sentry Pinewood website, all assessment billings are currently listed on the accounts page and can be viewed and paid through ClickPay or other online options.
