Dear Pinewood Residents:

The Coupon Books delay issue has finally been resolved. Coupon books should arrive by before the end of next week.

Owners do not need a coupon book to pay the quarterly fee. Simply send the new quarterly fee of $1155.00, paid to the order of Pinewood South Condominium Association Inc., to PO Box 30437, Tampa FL 33630. Use the account number from your old coupon book since that number stays the same. Include your Pinewood unit number. If you cannot find your account number, please call Greg at 608-207-6475 and he will look it up for you.

The easiest way to pay is to sign up for the Sentry Pinewood South website at www.accesssentrymgt.com, go to the “make a payment” tab and sign up for a click pay account. Use the e-check option and there are no fees charged. Credit cards have a small fee. I ask as many owners as possible to pay before coupon books arrive to be sure that Pinewood receives payment prior to January 10th.

Owners that still prefer can wait for the coupon book but please remit the January 1st payment promptly since interest applies to payments that are received 10 days late.
